Little Brook Farms Beef is officially SOLD OUT of ALL 4 QUARTERS of our Spring 2027 Beef in LESS THAN 2 HOURS!

After selling out of our half and whole beef orders before the deadline, we decided to offer 4 quarters to give more families the opportunity to fill their freezers with our locally farm-raised beef.

📅 PROCESSING & PICKUP INFORMATION

Our beef is scheduled to go to processing mid-February 2027 and is expected to be ready early March 2027.

Once the beef is ready, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time and location.

A $125 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to reserve your quarter beef.

🥩 FARMERS MARKET UPDATE 🥩

As quickly as our beef was picked up from the processor, it was purchased by our amazing customers! Once again, that has left us with very limited inventory available for the market.

In addition to our limited inventory, we will not have access to power for our freezers at the market tomorrow. Because keeping our products properly frozen and safely stored is a priority, we have made the decision that Little Brook Farms Beef will not attend the Ellijay Farmers & Artisans Market tomorrow, September 26.

We cannot say THANK YOU enough to all of our customers who have supported us throughout this year. Your support has made this an amazing opportunity for our family to serve our community and visitors to Gilmer County with quality, local, farm-raised beef. We are incredibly grateful every time you choose to purchase your beef from our farm.

📢 FARMERS MARKET UPDATE

It is with deep regret that we have to let you know that Little Brook Farms Beef will not be attending the Ellijay Farmers & Artisans Market this Saturday.

We received a call letting us know that our beef will not be ready for pickup until next week. We know many of you were looking forward to seeing us and restocking your freezers, and we are very disappointed that we won’t be able to be there.

🥩 The good news is that fresh beef is coming! If everything goes as planned, we will do our very best to be at the final market of the regular season next Saturday.

Please continue to follow our page for updates regarding next weekend’s market and when our beef is officially back in stock.

Thanks to the incredible response to our Customer Appreciation Day specials, Little Brook Farms Beef has either sold out or is extremely limited on much of our current inventory.

Because of this, Little Brook Farms Beef will be CLOSED this Saturday, September 12, and will NOT be attending the Ellijay Farmers & Artisans Market.

🥩 NEED BEEF BEFORE WE RESTOCK?

We do still have a very limited amount of inventory available. If you need beef, please message us with the specific cuts and quantities you are looking for. We will check our remaining inventory and let you know what we have available.

Please do not plan to pick up until you have received confirmation from us that your items are available and a pickup time and location have been arranged. Since our inventory is limited, availability is not guaranteed.

If everything goes as planned, we will be picking up a fresh restock one week from today and will return to the Ellijay Farmers & Artisans Market next Saturday, September 19!
