Hard work is sometimes required on the farm. So over the last couple of weeks we have removed the old fence that fronts our property and removed all the scrubs, crappy Pine and a good sized oak tree. Today we released the Alpaca's into the fresh spring grass where they jumped and tumbled, kinda going nuts like a cat with catnip. Hello Friends,
Just wanted to let everyone know we are migrating our FTK Farms virtual presence from FaceBook and YouTube and have setup a Skools FKT Farms community. We decided to setup this community to provide a place for all of our farm friends to come and hang out, see at least weekly updates on everything that is happening at FKT Farms, join us for live streams or coffee talks with the animals, classes with Jeanne Marie on weaving, stained glass or building stuff with me. The options are pretty open, we just wanted a place to do things with our friends without all the garbage (ads, drama, etc) that comes with most social media platforms.

Additionally we were looking for a place that allowed our friends who wanted to support the farm monetarily to be able to do so. Setting up a Patreon account was suggested but we wanted something that offered more then just a place to send us money. Skools give us pretty much everything I was hoping for; however, while they have multiple options for payment (monthly, yearly, 1 time payment or Free) I can only have one of them active at a time. So I opted for the monthly plan and picked $12.00 sort of randomly. If this doesn't work for you, for any reason, just let me know before the 14 day free trial expires and I can change the membership pricing setting to whatever works for you. :)
