It's taco Tuesday so let's introduce anyone who's not familiar with our Korea Town Taco!

Coca Cola braised pork belly fried to perfection, topped with trimchi (aka kimchi we make from kitchen scraps and trim waste from vegetables), creamy pique, scallion strings, toasted sesame, and fried garlic.

On Sunday, August 30 we’re teaming up with Copper Hill Farm and Easy Pickin's Orchard to bring you Ellington’s first Farm to Taco dinner!

These Blistered String Beans are one of the top 10 best plates of vegetables I’ve ever eaten-and I’m a carnivore at heart.

Local beans from Copper Hill Farm with citrus vinaigrette, cilantro, sesame seeds and salt-cured egg yolk. This last ingredient is that umami pop that brings this dish to the next level!!

Get it while we’ve got it!! These and our $1 wings today on Wing Wednesday is the perfect guilt-free (and gluten-free 😉) meal!!

Here’s the Crispy Cod taco, our special taco this week that is only $6 today on Taco Tuesday!!

Fried cod, shredded lettuce, PICKLE de gallo, remoulade sauce and scallions.

Our fried seafood is always gluten-free as our batter is crushed tortilla chips.

Come in before 5 and enjoy these with $6 scratch margaritas or $3 drafts! Cheers!!
