Elevate your mornings by making the best cup of Scouting Grounds Roasting Company™ Coffee with the Pour Over style!☕️

•You will need a carafe, carafe-specific filters, a kettle, a scale, and a timer.
•Place the filter into the top of the carafe and saturate it with hot water (about 200´F). Then, discard the water.
•Place the grounds in the filter and give it a little shake.
•Pour ¼ of your water over the grounds to “bloom,” and let it sit for about 45 seconds.
•Pour another ¼ of your water in a circular motion in the center of the grounds and work your way outward, for about 90 seconds total.
•Repeat two more times in additional 90 second intervals.
•Allow all the water to drip through the filter.
•Remove the filter, pour and enjoy.
