Ok Sheep friends. HELP Needed. We were going through our semen tank and found a cane of semen marked 833. Does anyone know who he is? For the life of me I can’t place him. Guessing we used some of it and accidentally remove him from our inventory list.
Almost positive it’s Southdown semen

A Little welding repair on the gates is needed when the Ram lambs get out and antagonize Contraband while he is in the breeding pen and he has no patience for it. They sheared off a 3/8 hinge pin like nothing.

MN state fair day two was good to us as we had one Sd ram in the top five and one just missed out. Our Sd late January was in the middle of her class also. Our Dorsets did well also with our Crouch Yrling pulling in at 3rd in class and our Sloan Dorset ram was 2 of 2 in class but judge had nothing bad to say other than he didn’t have all the bells and whistles. We’ll take that as a good thing as all our rams came off pasture this last Saturday as they were out breeding ewes. We all had a great time and are looking forward to lambing season and next years show season.
