With an eye toward the coming harvest, the hive inspections included manipulating a few honey supers around and adding a few as needed. It went well. The bees were about as cooperative as they were willing to be this time of year. All the hives are producing. It has been a wonky year for beekeeping, but rewarding.

Program note. We did a honeybee removal near Elmwood last weekend. Video coming, once edited. Thank you Joyful Land Farm for your assistance in the grueling heat! What a day!
