Exciting news!!🌱

We will be joining Swan Song Saltwater Farm’s new plant based Sunday farmer’s market starting May 24th. 🗓️

They have had the wonderful idea of bringing together plant based vendors each Sunday afternoon this summer for a lively, fun filled market and I could not be more excited to be a part of it! 🎶

Happy Sunday Everyone!! 🌱☀️

The sun is coming out, so that means food truck season is quickly approaching. I wanted to take a moment to finally say hi, check in on everyone, and let you all know how extremely excited I am to have the wonderful opportunity to meet and serve you all some great food this summer. I appreciate all of the support, and exciting things are in the works! 🩷

Information about locations, hours, menu, opening day, and so much more are coming very soon so be on the lookout! 📍

Huge news everyone!

Fancy Plants will officially live on!!! In what I can only describe as the absolute best outcome imaginable, I am beyond thrilled to pass the keys to the wonderful !

Brianna shares a passion for high quality delicious vegan food and I know she will take this truck to even greater heights! I hope you will join me in supporting her in the coming months!

She's still working out details on location, opening dates, etc, but for now, please join me in congratulating her on this exciting new business venture!

I'll be transferring all social media over to her in the next week or two so if you to start to see posts from someone who clearly knows much more of what they are doing than me, that's why. If you want to keep in touch with me (Jeff), you can follow me .

Hello friends! I know I haven't posted in a while, but now is the time to share a big life update with you all. I'm super excited to announce that my amazing wife has accepted an incredible opportunity in Nova Scotia Canada, and so we are moving in the spring! This has been in the works since mid summer, and while we initially didn't think it was going to happen quite this soon, so many opportunities all lined up at the right time to make it an option that we simply couldn't pass up.

This means of course that Fancy Plants will not be opening in 2026, at least not with me behind the window. This decision was not easy by any means, especially when you're the one choosing to give up on something so great, in a place you really love. From opening day, to being on TV and in news articles, to special events and festivals all over the state, to meeting amazing new friends, the ridiculously good brownies, the nachos, my guacamole/avocado issues, to closing day, the 2025 season was packed with memories, fun, and a lot of hard work. I will miss you all and all the stories and memories we shared, it was more rewarding that I could have ever imagined.

All that being said, I will need to sell the food truck, and my electric Rivian pickup prior to moving. So if you are interested, or know someone who is interested, either in taking over the business, or simply buying the trailer and/or pickup truck for your own purposes or other business ventures, please reach out and I will get you pertinent information and spec sheets. You also would have the potential of assuming the location at Fika. That location is amazing, and is tailor made for this trailer with water, sewer and electric ready to go. This whole thing is about as turnkey as it gets for whatever you want to do!

Anyway, thank you ALL so much for making my crazy idea turned reality a huge success! ❤️
