We have a new product on our shelves as of this morning! Maple Jalapeño Beef Summer Sausage! It’s a perfect mix!! Stop in for samples today!

Fresh Case is stocked up this week!
Smoked pork chops, boneless pork chops, pork ribs, ribeyes, ground beef, bacon, snack sticks, sausages, ring bologna and flat “jerky” sticks.

Frozen case has all our beef and pork items ready to go and our bundles are all available!

Stop in and stock up for the weekend!

Smoked pork chops are back on the shelf just in time for Mother’s Day weekend! We have limited fresh ribeyes and rib-steaks in the case and fresh trimmed brisket!!

Kim and Kevin are spending the weekend in Manhattan Kansas with several other meat processors from all over the state. Today was spent touring a few other facilities to see what others are doing and what cool things we can learn about our fellow processors.
