I've recently turned 37 and I've been reflecting about the last seven years of my life. I have had the opportunity to experience so many wonderful things, I've met the kindest people, and have received so many blessings. Over the course of the last few months, it feels as though I have entered the newest chapter of my life, one that focuses less on hustling and more on being and allowing. It is from this space, after much consideration, I have decided that The Hoellein Homestead is going to rest.
The homestead will continue on each and every day at the hands of our family, but our presence will no longer extend onto the interweb.
I am so grateful for technology and the way it helps connect us all, but I also feel the energetic drain when I participate in a way that forces our work to be seen.
You see, our creations, our gardens, animals, the butterflies who visit us, they are all meant to be sat with, felt in our hearts, and enjoyed in the space in which they exist. I no longer wish to try and convey their greatness through a screen.
I empower each and every one of you to find your truest North in your heart and follow the path this is authentically yours. No matter how it compares to anyone else, you are so beautiful and capable, and our world can't wait to see you fully shine. Find people in your area, physical people, with whom you can be yourself and don't you dare apologize for any inch of your existence.
My greatest thanks to all who have supported our brand, products, and mission. It has been an honor to share the goats and the soaps since 2019 and now it's time to start a new book. One that takes all the skills and knowledge I've learned and create something completely new.
All of my love.
Belinda
