Tantalize your taste buds this summer with a homemade Ellenos Greek Yogurt Tzatziki! 🥒🍋

If you're craving a refreshing and tangy sauce that pairs perfectly with a variety of dishes, this recipe is a must-try. Whip it up in no time and elevate your culinary creations with the creamy goodness of Ellenos Greek Yogurt.

1 c. Ellenos Greek Yogurt
1 small cucumber, grated
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste

• In a bowl, combine Ellenos Greek Yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped fresh dill. Mix well to combine.
• Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the flavors according to your preference.
• Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
• Serve chilled as a dip with pita bread, carrot sticks, or cucumber slices. It's also great as a sauce for grilled meats or a salad dressing.

🌟 Pro Tip: For thicker tzatziki, strain the grated cucumber to remove excess moisture before adding it to the yogurt mixture.
