American Heroes in Action has a bison hunt to auction off. This is a meat hunt, for a 2 year old cow bison. The hunt takes place on 3,500 acres in central Kansas. It will be a hunt! A 2 year old cow will not have a real big head and horns, but the meat will be tender and delicious. The high bidder can keep the head, the hide and all the meat. Place your bid in the comments section on this page. Whoever is the high bidder at 5:30 PM Mountain time on Wednesday, December 27th, will get the hunt. You can go hunt anytime. This is a private herd, and no license is required. For the best hide, go by the end of January, as they will start shedding around February 1st. The landowner will help with the hunt, including picking out the animal and help when the animal is down. This auction package does NOT include transportation, lodging, meat processing, tanning or taxidermy. We hope to raise enough money to send a veteran on a hunt for a bison too.

BISON HUNTS
Come hunt with us in the middle of the flint hills. Hunt open country with a 100 plus animals. Lots of eyes, not a can hunt. Come for a day hunt or stay the weekend with us on our historical bed and breakfast that’s located on the ranch. Clover Cliff Ranch Bed and Breakfast (not included).
Cow hunts
Young bull 3-4 year old
Trophy bull more than 2,000 lbs

That includes us skinning and quartering and/or bringing it to our local locker Alta Vista Meat Co.
