Almond fig, another fall favorite! It starts by roasting figs with honey and then pureeing them with brown sugar and lemon juice to make a jam. I paired it with almond vanilla buttercream to add a creamy balance to the macaron.

One of the most popular flavors at the pop-up was a new one for La Petite: pumpkin dulce de leche. It was filled with a ring of pumpkin ganache made with white chocolate, pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spices, and a homemade dulce de leche center. I make my dulce de leche by boiling a can of sweetened condensed milk for three hours and it’s perfect every time.

Thank you to everyone who came to the National Coffee Day pop-up last weekend! I took a few days to recover from many long hours of baking and I am back in the kitchen ready to create some delicious treats. It’s October, which means Halloween mixed boxes at the end of the month- keep an eye out for the order form next week!

All the macarons are packaged and ready for tomorrow! I will have three different pre-mixed boxes: the Deluxe (12), the Coffee House, and the Best of Fall (flavors in each box are listed on the menu in my previous post). I’ll also have singles of all macarons and some duos of flavors that pair well together. Quantities are limited (I am a one-woman show! 😅) so I’ll post stock updates in my stories, and I am excited to see your faces!

Here are the macaron flavors I will be bringing to the National Coffee Day pop-up at Brewpoint Craft this Saturday! The event is from 9am until 12pm and I am excited to see some of your familiar faces. I will have pre-mixed boxes of four and twelve macarons, as well as singles in all the flavors and some bags of two. I do sometimes sell out early so I will post stock updates in my IG/FB stories.
