π Delivery Day at the Farm π
Today weβre taking time to reflect as our animals are picked up from processing. This is always a meaningful part of farm life β one that reminds us of the responsibility and respect that come with raising livestock.
Weβre deeply thankful for the animals that provide for our families and our community. From the day they arrive on the farm, we do our best to give them quality care, good feed, and a life lived with purpose. Knowing that they help nourish others is something we never take for granted.
As we move into this next step, weβre grateful for the work, the commitment, and the connection to the land that make all of this possible. Thank you for supporting local farmers and for valuing where your food comes from. β€οΈπ π
β From our farm to your table, with gratitude.
We want to thank a couple of farms as well, who made all of this possible!
*Danu Hof of Mancelona MI- without their farm, we wouldnβt have been able to get our pigs!
*Freedom Ranger Hatchery of Reinholds, PA- our second year buying our meat chickens from them, and we are always so pleased with their customer service, and chicks!
*Mark Chupp of East Jordan, MI- for always making time for our birds to come in for processing, very friendly and fast turn around!
*Clark Farm of Kingsley MI- for allowing us to borrow a livestock trailer to haul our hogs to the processor.
*Swick Custom Butchering of Tustin MI- taking in 7 of our hogs for processing, communicating with us when they have our hogs to make sure our customers get what they want.
*Ebel's General Store of Falmouth MI- for taking in our last pig and making the process smooth for our returning customer making sure he got what he was wanting!
