🥩 A little beef update! 🥩
We have moved a lot of beef the last month, more than we accounted for. We currently still have some 1 copy beef and some full blood beef, but it is VERY LIMITED. We are completely sold out of Ribeyes. Low on chicken fry, roasts, and ground beef. We have a butcher date coming up, but will only get half a beef back due to the other half being sold. We bought a bigger freezer to insure we would never run out of beef but our sales have far surpassed what we thought they would for this year! A blessing for sure, but a problem we don't like to have! We are waiting on a few steers to get to weight so we can get more beef in the freezer. As soon as they get to weight we will get the freezer filled back up! In the mean time, please be patient with us as we navigate this weird time as we fully expect to sell out in the next week.
