We need your opinion. We are considering only accepting whole deer this season. With the exception of bow season because our skinning services are not available due to low volume, heat, and yellow jackets. In our opinion if we can control the entire process you will get back a far superior product. Also, it saves you a lot of time, mess, clean up and disposal. The majority of deer that come in quartered up in coolers require extra washing and trimming. Due to lack of knowledge, experience or simply just not having a good set up to clean a deer. Also these new age bulky coolers everyone has take up so much space in the freezer/cooler. It’s almost a whole separate job shuffling them around all day. How would this affect you? What’s your preference thoughts? Thanks!
