We are 5 years old! We feel like this is a huge accomplishment in today’s online world.

We had no idea when we started this homestead 15 years ago that this is where we would be.

First generation homesteading turned farming…the road completely unknown and learning as we go.

Don’t you just adore her bouquet? It was filled with 100% locally grown flowers, including the roses, but it was truly made special with the uncommon ingredients. These are the touches that I think most of us, as designers, are seeking in the local flower movement. The perfect touch for a bouquet!

We don’t grow these flowers on volume because they would lose their special touch. What we hope to inspire with what we grow, is that you will find a few flowers that make the vision come to life and make it truly one of a kind.

We grow a unique variety of many flowers. Consider us a boutique of blooms if you will. But, most of all, thank you for considering us for all your flowering needs.

I couldn’t resist the opportunity to learn from one of the best this past Friday. offered a spring centerpiece workshop and it was fantastic!

It felt so good to be in a studio filled with so many spring flowers and to be surrounded by amazing flower creatives.

Flowers in the home are so good for the soul too! They truly create the perfect ambiance for the setting.

I cannot wait to get our flowers into the community again! Soon, very soon.

February is a tough month. I’m pretty much done with the cold and winter weather yet I know we have soooo many more weeks to endure it. Don’t get me wrong, I love my winter season but my soul craves the sun, soil, and flowers.

Interestingly, patience is something most gardeners have in abundance. For example, I absolutely adore the process of observing a flower unfold…or even something like the fiddlehead fern that’s shown in the photos. But February. I have no patience for you.
