Another win for the boys!!! Last night, Twin Stacks BBQ-Elwood, IL paired up with Flipside Brewing at the Pints and Pork Challenge fundraiser, and together they won for best pairing (pork & beer)! Twin Stacks also won for best pork, people’s choice! It was an incredible night of live music, raffles, delicious pork & beer, and thankful the weather cleared up for a nice ‘crisp fall’ evening! Can’t wait for next year’s event! 🏆

Hey there, fellow BBQ lovers! It’s been a minute since we’ve posted, but I promise the guys are hard at work smokin’ that meat for a savory, mouth-watering event for tomorrow evening!!!

If you have no plans for date night, come on out to St Joe’s School in Manhattan for some fun! There will be live music, raffles baskets, split the pot, and of course unlimited pork and beer!

This year, Twin Stacks BBQ will be paired up with Flipside Brewery out of Tinley! Together, they’re going to let you experience a unique and flavorful pork side paired up with delicious beer!

Twin Stacks BBQ competed in a school fundraiser called Pints & Pork Challenge over the weekend! It resulted in 2 new shiny trophies for the guys! Along with Evil Horse Brewing, they won *best pairing judges choice* & *best pairing peoples choice*!!!!

CONGRATS, Twin Stacks BBQ! And a big thank you to those who came out and supported us!!

SNEAK PEAK at the new smoker grill Twin Stacks member Pat Barney built for the team! It’s fully functional and will be ready to go on Saturday October 1st at the Pints & Pork Challenge fundraiser event at St Joe’s school in Manhattan! Expected to be a large crowd! Savory pork and delicious beer will be served and you get to vote on which you like best! Should be beautiful weather…come on out if you can! Raffle baskets and a large wagon’o’booze will be available, too!

Pints & Pork Challenge on 10/1 in Manhattan!!!

There will be about 10 bbq’ers and 10 micro brewers there, each paired up with one another. Together they serve delicious mouth-savory bbq and beer that have been carefully and strategically matched up to taste amazing together! There will also be live acoustic music, bonfires and raffle baskets! This is an adult only event, and would make a great date night idea!

Twin Stacks BBQ catered to a company picnic a couple weeks ago. We provided the chips, baked beans, vinegar coleslaw, buns, 3 sauces and of course our meats: brisket, chicken and pork! It was a huge success, thanks Divas Hair Salon for graciously letting us provide you and your families with our cooking!

Wow! Didn't get much pictures after we started serving food...but we SOLD OUT of 30lbs of pulled chicken and almost all of our porkchop sandwiches last night! Evil Horse Brewing did NOT disappoint, with a huge crowd arriving with empty bellies! We introduced 2 new sauces, Rachet Jaw (hottest sauce we've made, yet) and Honey Bee Bee Que (a honey & twang flavor). It was a busy and successful night for ALL, thank you to everyone who came out to support Evil Horse & also whoever tried out our food!
