It's always a good day when animals get moved to a fresh paddock! Over the past couple of weeks we have gotten everyone back into their paddock rotations and today was moving day for the cows! So far this season they are getting moved every 3-4 days and Bear has been doing so good learning our rotational grazing system!

Pam has a new boyfriend! I would like to introduce you to Bear. He is an answer to our prayers!

The cattle market has been pretty crazy and trying to get a bull for our girl that has been handled, isn't being fed grain daily, and was within our small budget has been a challenge to say the least. Then along came Bear!

He is a gorgeous 3.5 year old highland bull. The best part about him is that he is from a cow cuddle farm! He is used to getting loved on and his picture taken.

He has made himself right at home and will have a very loving life on our homestead!
