This Roasted Butternut Squash Lasagna is loaded with seasonal flavors and all the comfort foods you crave aka pasta and bacon!

Treat yourself! Cold fall evenings call for warm cozy dinners (preferably with bacon), we don't make the rules!😏

Ingredients:
6 slices bacon
2 tablespoons minced fresh sage and 2 sprigs of fresh sage leaves
6 ounces goat cheese
1 (15 ounce) carton low fat ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup water

Simmered low and slow, this Black Bean Turkey Pumpkin Chili is the perfect blend of hearty and healthy.

It's a delicious mix of lean protein, black beans, fresh veggies, and seasonal flavors in one comforting bowl. Put a personal spin on it with your fav toppings and enjoy!

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pound ground turkey, or 1½ cups cubed cooked turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can solid-pack pumpkin
1 can Redpack Canned Diced Tomatoes 28 oz
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, can use more if you like spice
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 teaspoons each cumin and oregano

Ingredients:
1 pound Italian sausage
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
3 cups beef broth

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 (10 ounce) package Italian sausage, cooked and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups diced carrots
2 cups diced celery
1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
