Emma wanted to try her hand at Tamales, so here's a first rough run on something we'd like to do more often.

2 Mojo Pork, Cheese and Nopalito (Cactus) filled tamales.

Served with Mexican rice, Black Beans and Corn, House Salsa and Lime Crema.

The KITCHEN will be closing early today for prep. We will run service to about 1:30PM.

We have about 18 different events over the course of the next two weeks that need our attention and one of our own is getting married so there may be some early closures to accomodate.

The Chipotle Corn BLT is still on special today. Try it, it's going to replace the Summer Focaccia soon.
