We’re coming home with some amazing accomplishments, but most importantly, we’re coming home incredibly grateful.

First and foremost, thank you to our store managers and every member of our teams. These achievements are a reflection of your hard work, dedication, and passion for our guests and communities. We couldn’t be prouder of you!

And to our customers and communities, THANK YOU. 🧡 The time so many of you took to submit nominations and share your experiences with our teams means more than you know. Knowing you took the time to recognize our people is an accomplishment in itself.

Lorain being named a Top 5 Store of the Year finalist was an incredible honor, especially with so many nominations coming directly from our community. And while we didn’t take home Store of the Year, we were honored with the Community Award, a recognition that means so much because of the community behind it.

A special thank you to the Lorain and Ridgeville communities for taking the time to nominate your local teams. And to everyone who nominated our baristas for Barista of the Year, there were so many nominations, and we are incredibly grateful for every one.
