Very soon we will be selling frozen bags of South Americans in our farm store. For those of you who didn't grow up on the range, South Americans have a long and beloved history. Especially popular between the 50s and 70s, women would cook up this meat filling with their end of season vegetables and travel from bar to bar selling these hot meat sandwiches usually served on a hoagie. I use a recipe that has been around since that time and the filling is next to heaven. Stop by the farm in the next couple of weeks and pick yourself up a package. I hope you enjoy 😉 .

Getting ready for hand pie season this weekend. Rhubarb-orange delight will be the newest offering this summer. We will also have customer favs: peach-bourbon, sour cherry, apple-cinnamon, and blueberry. These will be available in the farm store Friday mornings beginning June 6th.
