The Emmaus Farmers' Market is held rain or shine at the Emmaus Triangle.

> Regular Market is every Sunday 10 AM to 1 PM, May - November
> Winter Market, 2nd & 4th Sundays, 10 AM to 12 NOON, December- April
(CLOSED Easter and Christmas)

FREE PARKING at Schantz Funeral Home, behind Wells Fargo, and on street parking surrounding the Triangle. The Emmaus Farmers' Market is more than just a place to

buy local, high-quality produce; it is also a place to meet with friends, neighbors and family. Each Sunday shoppers are treated to the sounds of live music. Local community non-profits and Emmaus Borough groups set up a tent each week at the market, offering information about local programs and charities, educational opportunities, and fund-raising activities. Stop by to listen to live music, grab some food, meet up with friends and enjoy the beautiful Emmaus Triangle and all the local stores in town.

how do the flavors get made? whole fruit, herbs, veggies, spices, and raw honey (and nothing else, ever!) get added to the finished kombucha for a true "second ferment" that lasts 72 hours. this allows for a deep flavor to develop that doesn't just taste sweet, or fake, or in any way forgettable.

things are bigger in the brewery now, including the batch size! I used to line the smaller fermenters with a brew bag and let the fruit float freely and bubble away...made for a really awesome photo op. now the bags get filled with fruit, bundled up, and plopped in... they don't look super pretty now, but they get the job done very well.
