Pasture-raised eggs from Grandad Farms are now available at the Saint John's Organic Farm!!

Grandad Farms' hens receive a certified organic, corn-free, soy-free, and seed oil-free ration.

They are raised on certified organic pasture in warm months and kept on deep bedding with outdoor access in winter.

These are the basic human requirements (although I know some people who would add coffee and chocolate to the list!)

If these are the core essentials of survival, they probably each deserve some level of forethought and effort.

However, one of these essentials is often overlooked - our air.

There have been studies and articles about humans needing physical contact, babies and grownups both, and it makes sense because humans were made to be in community.

Hermits and recluses are extremely unordinary in humanity.
