Meet the boys part two!
HRBG Ace of Hearts is an up and comer here at Country Colors with this only being his second year being used in our breeding program. Last year we only used him on three does at around six months old to see what he had to offer. For those of you who saw us out and about during the 2025 show season and was asking about my little paint Clementine that came out of the woodwork. Well it’s time you guys meet her dad, Ace! And to top is off - her mother was the one and only Peaches which tied together one of my favorite lines to a new one. Clementine had a pretty good show season and continues to get better with time. This year Ace took on a bigger role in our breeding program by covering half of our does most of which are retained does out of Pl***oy. With Pl***oy’s long bodied and attractive side profile kids crossed with Ace’s thick skulled, wide framed, and heavy b***d kids - I expect some heavy kitty’s. And so far I’m super excited with what I see so far. I can’t wait for what’s in store for Ace here at Country Colors.

Meet the Boys Part One!
CC44 Peachy Pl***oy has played a huge role in our breeding operation for the last few years. This March Pl***oy will be turning four years old and he still continues to give us his all. For those of you who don’t know Pl***oy is out of our one and only Peaches and TST1 Windy Acres Capital Gains. Peaches is a bred and owned doe that has played a critical role in my show career and breeding program for almost six years now. Meanwhile, TST1 Windy Acres Capital Gains is a TST1 Windy Acres Strategic Power son who brought in exactly what we needed to take our program to the next level. At only four months old, Pl***oy covered three does and two of those kids went on to be very successful the following the year - one of which is still being shown till this day. Pl***oy has sired many class winning, division drive, and champion offspring. Each year since we started using him, he’s aimed to impress and I feel like the kids get better and better with every cross.

2026 kidding season is just about wrapped up and all I have to say so far is wow. This by far is one of the deepest set of kids we’ve had in years. The doe fairy has treated us very well this year and I’m not disappointed with what we were graced with. These girls are here to play and are eager to rumble with the boys. And for those who are looking for more docile goats for young showmen, there’s quite a few sweethearts this year too. Ask any of our previous buyers, these goats have heart, in addition to their desire to please in the ring. We have around 30 kids on the ground now with a few more does still left to kid. If anyone is looking for their next show or breeding prospect, please feel free to reach out. We have a pretty good balance of wether genetics and ABGA genetics as well.
