I am planning on stopping up Wednesday. I know I want onion plants and maybe a few seed potatoes.

Starting this Wednesday, we will be open Wednesday-Friday 10-5, and Saturdays 9-12. This will be our first year for seed potato and onion sets/plants, so please be patient with us as we attempt to figure out supply/demand 😁

My husband served in the air force for four years, prior to our marriage, and helped garden for the farmers market following his retirement from Wilson and Co. He especially enjoyed selling a the Albert Lea Farmers Market, and considered all our customers his friends!

We have lots of acorn type squash left at the farm, both heirloom Thelma Sanders and hybrid Heart of Gold. Very reasonable on the farm prices, along with apples, jams and jellies, apple chips, and fresh kale.

Try it baked, pureed, roasted or stuffed!
