I grind up beef and lamb together, then add a few spices to make gyro meat. It goes good on pita bread with some Tzatziki sauce and also good between two hamburger buns.

We got pups and lambs ready for new homes. The pups have been with the sheep since birth and will make great Livestock Guard dogs. The lambs are mostly Dorper/ Katahdin mix.
