And of course, we had to throw in this throwback video from 2020, when we were selling carnitas at the jaripeos! 🐎🔥 Long before La Lonchera, there were catering events, long days of preparation, and you doing it all from start to finish even slaughtering the pigs🐖 .Those memories are a big part of how this journey started. ❤️
