Update time as we roll into 2024! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We are still working on the shop! Our butcher has shoulder surgery next week and will hopefully heal quickly to get back to a place where he can use his shoulder the way he needs to! Delayed, but not discouraged. :)

Update Time! We are not going to make it June 1st for opening, since that is today! Permit has been approved for septic and it will be going in shortly. Found a bunch of awesome equipment and new connections for some new opportunities we will be excited to share will you here soon. As of now, we are on hold until June 21st when our butcher has a surgery consult to see how the hurt shoulder will be fixed. Will update then, but am keeping the progress rolling! Thanks for being here!

Quick Update! We have our business license! Our SEPA and Use Application is in. We had a dig for the new septic to be put in and apparently we have good soil. Engineered plans for that should be in to the county by the end of this week and then it begins! Wall coverings and the beginning of electrical supplies are on the way! And we have our initial cooler truck set up!

We will not be USDA certified when we first open, but will be working towards that. This means we will process people's meat and give it back to them. Being USDA certified means we can sell it to others. In order to sell dog treats or pet food, we don't have to be USDA certified, only registered with the WSDA. We will be selling eggs and honey as available, we plan on processing wild game and will have the ability to process longhorns.

What services or products are you interested in that we could offer?

This building will be the shop, we have gone through everything in this bay, it will be where the office and wrapping area is.
