Brewing White Bronco for the 3rd time. Hope I get it right this time! White wheat, Brittish 2 row, Cascade hops, tangerine and orange peels. Safale wb-06 dry wheat yeast.

Plugged conical due to the amount of hops used (even in a muslin) in White Bronco. Cane racked into bucket fermentor. Dry hop in process. Hope it comes out. I am going to rebrew the entire batch over again just to ensure I have a solid beer for the competition. 😵

White Bronco IPA is in the conical fast fermenter for the Mom's House Competition in May! I suggest that everyone attend this great event for a great cause. Oh and vote for me!

I know what I am brewing for the Mom's House Competition in May. It's called... White Bronco ! Orange IPA made with distillers 2 row base malt, honey and caramel malts. Amarillo, Simcoe and Centennial hops and sweet orange peels.
