Pork for sale!

We have one pig available currently and a few more will be ready to go to the butcher in a couple months if you would like to be put on the list.
We sell by the half or whole, you pick how you want to cut and packaged. We grow ours out to 350-400lbs standing weight which means you get great sized cuts of meat from pork chops to the best bacon. Our pigs are kept outside with over 2 acres to roam, rut and forage as well as getting food scraps and hog feed. With the ability to exercise daily they have perfectly marbled meat.
We partner with Farmers Place, a small family owned Butcher out of New Berlin, for processing. They have a spotless facility, their quality is second to none and their customer service is top notch.

It's Apple season and we LOVE it! 🍎 🍏
This weekend we picked over 65lbs of apples from our local Russell Farms. We are currently turning them into Apple pie filling which will be generously added to our famous Sourdough Cinnamon rolls and finished off with an Oatmeal crisp topping. We've done the hard work so you can enjoy the good stuff.
