Update From the Farm:
We have been living in strawberry land in most recent days on the farm. The crop has been incredible!! We had an amazing Strawberry Festival at Ellington Farmers Market! We have been selling to customers for pre-orders, clients and friends like No Coast Taqueria, Likkle Patty Shop, and Cold Harbor, people responding to social media posts, and people just driving by who happen to see our lovely strawberry signs! Thank you to all!!
We are still planting our fields with new seedlings. Our vegetables are beautiful, lush, huge, and happy!!
The lettuce is booming, we've opened 3 varieties on the store. We have also done the same with kale, Swiss chard, Bok Choy and Tatsoi.
We have been continuing weeding our carrots in our pick your own, it is a tedious task, but so worth it for those sweet crunchy carrots.
The blueberries are so close, they should be ready for around July 4th! Keep a lookout for updates.
We will be open for pop up sales during the time of CSA, you do not need to be a CSA member to come to this. We will be selling available produce that is ready in the field now. We will also have honey, and shortcake mixes for sale as well. The time for this will be the CSA time frame Tuesday 4-6:30, Thursday 4-6:30, and Saturday 9-12.
