My new obsession... beets noodles!

Tonight I quickly sautéed them in a little bit of olive oil and garlic. Added in some rotisserie chicken. Delicious! And simple! 😋

Beets are great for your body! High in vitamin c and fiber. Plus, they are extremely heart healthy! ❤

I always say...it doesn't have to be.

Simple ingredients that you can make multiple meals with. That's all it takes.

You won't spend a lot of money and won't waste a weeks worth of calories either!
