Cheers to our top five wines of 2024!
We sipped and swirled hundreds of wines across the globe last year and these are our top five we can’t stop thinking about even in 2025.
5️⃣ 2019 Altamura Cabernet is a classic cab from Napa Valley with earthy, savory notes of tree bark, black truffle, and Indian spices. Grab two - one for now and one to hold 😜
4️⃣ 2022 Clos Apalta is a Chilean red that reminds of us warm, comfy slippers on a cold day. Perfect for a snow day and pairs well with ribs, steak, and stews! 🍖
3️⃣ 2021 Quilceda Creek is a premium Washington red (rated 💯 points!) celebrated for its Bordeaux-like characteristics at a fraction of the price. Be sure to decant and enjoy alongside your favorite butcher’s cut. 🥩
2️⃣ 2022 Pierre Boissan Coteaux Bourguinone En Buzigny is the one of the finest white burgundy we’ve enjoyed all year with fresh notes of 🍐 and crisp 🍏 with a hint of 🍋 zest. Pairs well with seafood and soft cheeses.
1️⃣ 2020 Luigi Enaudi Barolo Monvigliero is magical. Light, but complex in texture and depth. Smooth, but vibrant and succulent. Flavors of wild cherries, cranberries, strawberries, pomegranate, dried herbs, crushed rose petals, black olives, clove, and forest floor. Chefs kiss 🧑🍳😘
