The photo to the right is a vinegar mother, which forms in the vinegar making process. The Mother of Vinegar’s role is to convert alcohol into acetic acid. Our vinegar tests out at 4.1-4.5 Acetic Acid. Our Pear and Apple Cider Vinegar are crisp, fruity and light! This M.O.V. was taken from our Pear Cider Vinegar batch. This M.O.V. is the largest and thickest I have encountered. We will have our handcrafted vinegars at the following markets in November.
