This one's been trending for a while: dirty sodas — but we're taking it a step further. 🥤

Swap the soda for slush and you've got a dirty slush: flavored slush, soda, cream, and sometimes candy. Same trend everyone's chasing, but built on equipment you already own — no new purchase, just a new menu item.

Low cost to add, and it's exactly the kind of drink people are filming themselves ordering.

Blue skies and even bluer drinks, this one's a Blue Lagoon Breeze mocktail. 🌊🍹

For this one, you'll need:
25 oz blue curacao
36 oz lemonade
20 oz pineapple juice
134 oz sprite
12 oz simple syrup
48 oz water

Batch it together, pour it into your Taylor frozen beverage machine, and let it do the rest.

Dispense, then garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry or a splash of grenadine for that sunset-in-the-lagoon look. 🏝️

If your frozen margarita, frosé, or slush isn't freezing, your first instinct might be to blame the machine. In most cases, it's not the equipment — it's the mix. 🍹

Alcohol lowers the freezing point of whatever it's mixed into, so too much of it and the machine physically can't get cold enough to freeze the batch. Sugar matters too — too little and it freezes hard and uneven, too much and it turns syrupy and resists freezing altogether.

Before you call for service, check the recipe first.
