Our team just swapped out their Taylor L820 for a new Taylor L858 two-sided grill, connected with Open Kitchen IoT. Cooking both sides at once means faster ticket times and the same great burger every time, and Open Kitchen gives the crew real-time visibility into how the grill is running.

Here’s what you’ll need:
48 oz white rum
24 oz white chocolate liqueur
48 oz Monin Coconut syrup
192 oz unsweetened or original almond milk
72 oz water

Batch it, pour it in your Taylor machine, let it freeze, and serve it up to anyone brave enough. 🦴
