Big things are happening at H&K Farm! 💚

We’re adding wings onto our pole barn and slowly turning our vision into reality. The goal is to create stalls and a space that works better for our animals, and we’re so excited to see it all coming together!

A huge shoutout to my husband and his dad, who have spent countless hours working on this project. We are so grateful for all the time and effort they’ve put into making this happen.

And of course, Walker had to supervise the project and make sure everything was done right. 🐾 He seems pretty proud of the progress too!

We had something happen at our farm stand today that I need to address.

This is our first time ever opening our stand, and we’ve worked hard to build something honest, simple, and based on trust with our community. Today, items were taken without payment.

We’re a small farm, and every item we put out there represents real time, labor, and care. We can’t continue to take losses like this.

That being said, I also understand that times can be hard for people. If anyone is truly in a situation where they need help, please reach out to me directly. I would much rather help someone with dignity than see anyone feel like they have to take from the stand.

We’re not going to let one disappointing situation stop what we’re building, but we are tightening things up and moving forward more carefully.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and do things the right way we appreciate you more than you know.

We’re opening our little farm stand for the very first time tomorrow morning!

Right now we’ll have:
• Fresh chicken eggs 🥚
• Homemade sandwich bread 🍞
• sourdough chocolate chip cookies 🍪
