We had a sad day yesterday for this girl and her favorite chicken Gingy. Sweet Gingy was attacked by coyotes and while Andrew was right there with the shotgun and definitely hit him, it got away and Gingy didn’t survive.
We also are going through molt with the oldest girls, so egg production is down right now. We are expecting the new girls to start laying soon.
