Soup season is here!!! Y'all come see us at 3D Cattle Co. and give our homemade soups and stews a try!!! 😍
We have some exciting news . After years of talking , planning , getting kitchen at Dalrymple Farms inspected & our Serve Safe Managers Certification, we are now able to offer ready to eat food in our store .
I do want to add that myself , Dylan Dalrymple, Dalrymple Madison Dalrymple all passed our Serve Safe Managers test , but the “Valedictorian” of this class was Dalrymple with the highest score ! This was a very hard test with a LOT of attention to the smallest details !
Available today we have Cowboy Soup . It has beef pork , chicken & a pile of vegetables in it . Very similar to what my Grandmother use to make
South West Ribeye Soup . This has a gracious amount of bite size Ribeye Steak chopped up with with broth made from rendering the fat cap . I added Stewed Tomatoes, Black Beans , potatoes, carrots , mexi corn , peppers & onions! It has a bite to it ! So if you like a little heat on the back side , this one is for you !
We have Traditional Chili that is my wife’s recipe she has made for years . Not to hot , just right to warm you up on a cool day ! By far this is Sherry Dalrymple Ferguson favorite!
Red Potato & Brisket Soup ! This is my personal favorite potato soup . If you like a smoked Brisket , this one is for you !
Next is My favorite meal of all time Brunswick Stew ! If I had to pick one item that I had to eat everyday for the rest of my life , this is it ! It has Beef , Pork , Chicken along with smoked bbq as well . Corn , peas , tomatoes onions all put together & stewed with the perfect spices added . It has a very mild bite to it . The perfect balanced meal !
We will have Brisket Chili available by the end of day .It is the same Traditional Chili with a whole Brisket added . Gives it a Smokey flavor you can only get from a low & slow 14 hour cook ! This is a fan favorite .
Traditional Potato Soup will be available next week , it was on the schedule for this week but I have ran out of time !
Everything is hand made & cooked here at 3D Cattle Co. All the meat is off our Truck ! We only use the best ingredients , We don’t price shop for our ingredients. We use the best , then figure the cost . Just like our beef , we strive for our food to be the best you can buy! I’m quite sure it will not be as good as your Grandmothers , but I’ll bet it will be a really close second ! Most all of our recipes came from our Grandparents ( the best we can remember) That being said , they didn’t ever measure anything & carrying on the tradition , I don’t either ! lol …. So it’s close !
