Our storefront location is FULLY STOCKED and loaded with The Cattlemen’s Reserve soups, Working Cows Dairy products, Joreski Family Farm breads, dip mixes, tallow products, of course our beef, and so much more!

As most of you know, Bret Dalrymple & Dylan Dalrymple have started a new catering business called the Cattlemen’s Reserve. We sold out completely this week with everything that was cooked, packaged, and put in the store, but we are now RESTOCKED! Soup samples are available to try in store 🍜

Temperatures are absolutely perfect! Little windy, but not as bad as last weekend. Praying everyone is making head way with post hurricane recovery. Y’all come see us!!

We have some exciting news . After years of talking , planning , getting kitchen at Dalrymple Farms inspected & our Serve Safe Managers Certification, we are now able to offer ready to eat food in our store .
I do want to add that myself , Dylan Dalrymple, Dalrymple Madison Dalrymple all passed our Serve Safe Managers test , but the “Valedictorian” of this class was Dalrymple with the highest score ! This was a very hard test with a LOT of attention to the smallest details !
Available today we have Cowboy Soup . It has beef pork , chicken & a pile of vegetables in it . Very similar to what my Grandmother use to make
South West Ribeye Soup . This has a gracious amount of bite size Ribeye Steak chopped up with with broth made from rendering the fat cap . I added Stewed Tomatoes, Black Beans , potatoes, carrots , mexi corn , peppers & onions! It has a bite to it ! So if you like a little heat on the back side , this one is for you !
We have Traditional Chili that is my wife’s recipe she has made for years . Not to hot , just right to warm you up on a cool day ! By far this is Sherry Dalrymple Ferguson favorite!
Red Potato & Brisket Soup ! This is my personal favorite potato soup . If you like a smoked Brisket , this one is for you !
Next is My favorite meal of all time Brunswick Stew ! If I had to pick one item that I had to eat everyday for the rest of my life , this is it ! It has Beef , Pork , Chicken along with smoked bbq as well . Corn , peas , tomatoes onions all put together & stewed with the perfect spices added . It has a very mild bite to it . The perfect balanced meal !
We will have Brisket Chili available by the end of day .It is the same Traditional Chili with a whole Brisket added . Gives it a Smokey flavor you can only get from a low & slow 14 hour cook ! This is a fan favorite .
Traditional Potato Soup will be available next week , it was on the schedule for this week but I have ran out of time !
Everything is hand made & cooked here at 3D Cattle Co. All the meat is off our Truck ! We only use the best ingredients , We don’t price shop for our ingredients. We use the best , then figure the cost . Just like our beef , we strive for our food to be the best you can buy! I’m quite sure it will not be as good as your Grandmothers , but I’ll bet it will be a really close second ! Most all of our recipes came from our Grandparents ( the best we can remember) That being said , they didn’t ever measure anything & carrying on the tradition , I don’t either ! lol …. So it’s close !

GOOD MORNING 30a !

WOW , What an eventful few days ! I pray everyone is safe . We are thankful that our family is . We had a lot of trees down , fences are down everywhere, tin off barns etc . I spent all day yesterday keeping meat cold as I’m sure most of yall did the same ! We are blessed ,everyone is safe !
I got electricity on Main Street last night around 9:30 , rearranged all the freezers & coolers to their original place & got a few hours of sleep . I am here now at Pavilion on the east end of 30a . I’ve had several calls from locals asking if I was coming ….. Yes , we are devoted to our customers & if anyway possible , God willing , we will be here . I’m here now & will be here till 1pm

❗️WE ARE OPEN TODAY❗️

Due to power being out, we have been up at the store all morning trying to temporarily restore our power to keep our freezers going. We have had SEVERAL phone calls asking if we are open, and the answer surprisingly is YES! We are still out of power, but will be open for those who need to grab some meat to cook for their families tonight that don’t have power.

We’ve already had folks stopping by to grab some beef to throw on the grill tonight 🥩🔥 So , if you’re out and about in the downtown area today, come by and stock up on some beef for supper!

We’re incredibly thankful that our meat was spared, and we know how fortunate we are. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by this hurricane. 🙏🏼 Thank you all for checking on us, and continuing to support our small business!
