Being part of a community shines brightest when we unite to support our neighbors in need, and we're grateful to play a role in empowering local churches and ministries through our farming efforts and food distribution. The City of Enterprise, Ala. appreciates the community’s concern and willingness to help as the search continues for 2-year-old Genesis Reid.

Investigators stress that even the smallest detail could be significant. Anyone with information about Genesis’ whereabouts or when she was last seen, even if you are unsure, is urged to contact the Enterprise Police Department at 334-347-2222.

We again ask the public not to enter active search areas, as doing so could compromise the investigation and the safety of those involved. Those who wish to assist are encouraged to contact the department so efforts can be coordinated appropriately.

Dear Neighbors and Fellow Community Members,

It is with profound sadness, following an extensive period of deliberation and contemplation, that we announce the temporary closure of our food ministry.

This decision was not made lightly and has been necessitated by the numerous threats and harassing messages our ministry and family have received. Although we are deeply committed to serving our neighbors in need, the recent losses of our beloved grandmother and young son have severely impacted our ability to cope and maintain our own well-being.

Despite our best efforts, we are reminded that we are human and must prioritize our health. We hope to resume our services in the future and will continue to support our nonprofit partners whenever possible. We wish you all a year filled with joy, success, and prosperity.
