On this day in 1922, our story truly began. 🥂

Dominic and Filomena (Bredice) Fantello were married 104 years ago today at Mt. Virgin Church. Shortly after, they moved to the 60-acre farm in Enumclaw where we still stand today.

Their journey wasn’t easy, after losing Dominic far too young, Filomena raised four children and kept this farm running with a strength that still inspires us. She milked cows on her own until she was 82! Today, we don't just make cheese; we honor the long, hard days and the unwavering love they poured into this land. 🧀🌾

Today and everyday, we celebrate the farmers who bring food to our tables. We want to shine a spotlight on our incredible farmer, Paul! He’s dedicated most his to carrying on the legacy of our family’s farm, which was lovingly started over 100 years ago by his great grandparents, Antonio and Marie Fantello. We’re grateful for the generations who came before him, including his grandma Filomena Fantello, who paved the way for his success. Paul’s hard work and commitment to our farm’s values have made all the difference. His love for animals is evident in the way he cares for our cows, treating them like family. Thank you, Dad, for your tireless efforts and passion for preserving our heritage, providing for our family and paving the way for the next generation!
