I can’t explain how good it is to ground your own meat!! 🥩 this took not even two minutes and it taste way better than the store bought ground beef.

Some homemade Taquitos and some breakfast stir fry prepared then stored. For the Taquitos I used leftover chicken from our chicken noodle soup. And my breakfast stir fry was leftover rice left from the cabbage rolls. Multiple meals just by making a little extra!

This is what happens when I don’t prep meals for breakfast. I take too long to eat. Hours go by from waking up, trying to play catch up and then my milk suffers. Mind you this is only me saving “extra” milk after baby is fed. Meal prepping has taken my body to a whole another level. I feel refreshed, more energized and my mood is overall improved. Not stressing about what am I going to eat or make. If your like me and need to have a little break from planning and making let me do it for you.
