A few years ago, weddings made sense for our family.
But life changes.

My husband is coaching again. Our kids are getting older and busier. And I realized something…

I don’t want to miss another game because I’m setting up centerpieces.

I built this business from home so it could work for my family, not pull me away from them.

That’s why I’m shifting.

I’m betting on content, education, coaching, guides, and sharing the real behind the scenes of building a business from scratch.

My goal is to replace the income weddings brought in while creating a life where I can show up for the moments that matter most.

If you’re here because you’re dreaming about building something of your own, even if it’s just one small step at a time like an extra $500 a month, I hope you’ll follow along.

I’m not pretending to have it all figured out. I’m simply willing to take the leap, share, and lift each other up in this journey of a happy life.

Follow along as I build the next chapter in real time and prove that a home based business can create both income and freedom.

One of the biggest things holding people back from building a successful business isn’t money, experience, or lack of ideas.

It’s the fear of being judged.

The fear that your old classmates will see your post.
The fear that your coworkers will roll their eyes.
The fear that your family will think you’re ā€œtrying too hard.ā€ā€ØThe fear that someone will unfollow you.

Here’s the reality:
The people who are judging you aren’t paying your bills.
The people who are laughing aren’t building your dream.
And the people who truly support you? They’ll be cheering you on from day one.

I had to make a choice: stay quiet to make other people comfortable, or show up consistently and create the life I wanted for my family.

I chose to post anyway.

Every reel. Every story. Every awkward video. Every time I hit ā€œpublishā€ when it felt uncomfortable.

That decision changed everything.

If you’re trying to build a business, take social media seriously. Your customers spend hours of their lives on social media that is where you will connect with them. It’s one of the most powerful free marketing tools available. The sooner you stop worrying about what people from your hometown think, the sooner you can start reaching the people who actually need what you have to offer.
Someone else’s opinion should never be louder than your own goals. šŸ’›

There’s something I’ve been thinking about and working towatds for for a long time…

I’m stepping away from wedding florals.

For years, weddings have been a huge part of this business. On average, they’ve brought in around $63,000 a year, and I’m incredibly thankful for every couple who trusted me with such an important day.

But this business was never built to own my weekends.

It was built so I could be home with my family. It was built to create financial freedom and freedom of time. It was built so I could work around my kids not the other way around.

Life has changed.

My husband is coaching again after taking nearly 10 years away from high school basketball. Our boys are getting older and diving into baseball and basketball. Nights and weekends are now spent on courts and ball fields instead of being open on my calendar.

And the truth is…
When I have to choose between watching my own kids play or being at a stranger’s wedding, I want to choose my kids.

So I’m taking a huge leap of faith.

Starting now, I’m replacing my wedding income with content and education. Instead of relying on weddings for roughly $5,250 each month, my goal is to build that income by sharing everything I’ve learned about creating a home-based business.

I’m giving myself until January 2027 to make it happen.

Maybe it sounds crazy.

But building this business changed my life. It gave me the opportunity to earn an income while being present for my family, and I know there are so many other moms and families craving that same freedom.

So I’m going all in.
Over the next several months, I’m going to pull back the curtain and share exactly how I built this business. The wins, the mistakes, the strategies that worked, and the lessons I learned the hard way.

If you’ve ever dreamed of creating an income that works around your family instead of taking you away from them, I hope you’ll follow along.

Here’s to betting on yourself and choosing the life you actually want to live.
