Following mostly Tradition on this next Release, we aged our next and last wine Release for this quarter 68 months in neutral wood. Our Malbec Reserve 2020 is set to be Available by tomorrow.
Zillah grown with tasting notes of blackberry jam, fig, dark cherry. Blended with 15% Syrah 16.50 alc %

Here’s our 3rd Release for this coming wine club.
Negroamaro “Thundering Noise” 24.
This becomes our first Release of this iconic red grape from Puglia Italy and our first wine name after Enumclaw.
A Rustic wine blended with 16.66% Zinfandel.

The nutty/ Marmalade Apricotie Rich flavor of our port cuts through the crème Brûlée creaminess and caramelized sugar crust. Creating a phenomenal result.

Hello there!
This one most definitely will hit the spot , it will mesmerize you with its very well balanced flavor and structure, here I present you our Viognier 2022 which was blended with a tiny bit of Bourbolenc during it’s aging process for 3 years and a significant 15% amount of Chenin Blanc before Release.
Aged in Neutral Barrel for 3 years!
Fact is we have not Released any Viognier close to 4 years, so this is a Fabulous come back for this famous French Rhone white grape.
