I found my new favorite cut of beef!
I was always a ribeye guy, just for the pure ratio of fat to meat…um, yuuuum! My close second is the flatiron steak, so meaty & flavorful…but lacking in the tender & juicy arena.
Enter: The Highland Beef Sirloin. Meaty & flavorful, tender & juicy…with just the right amount of chew. It’s like the perfect steak experience. Salt, cracked pepper & powdered garlic scapes (think “garlic lite”) seared in a little bacon fat from our smokehouse bacon. Sliced up & sittin’ pretty next to a steakhouse wedge salad.
You don’t even miss the taters😉
