New grain milled May 30. With a blend of corn, peas and wheat, this blend is great for all livestock. We feed it to our cattle, show pigs, lambs, chickens and our mini pony.

We are picking up some yummy, new boxes of USDA, farm raised beef! It's a great time to get your freezers ready for those grad parties and summer BBQ's.
We sell our beef by the half, whole or beef box. Boxes will be available Tuesday, with another beef going in the end of May. That beef will be a RED ANGUS and sold by the whole or half. $5.25 a pound for a whole, $5.50 for a half. USDA inspected, no vaccines, pasture grazed and fed a free ration of alfalfa and timothy with some corn.
Halves typically weigh 350 pounds on average. All cut lists selections are easily filled out online and boxes are labeled and professionally packaged.
The boxed beef we will pick up this week is a black angus. Next beef to go in is a red angus.

Arm Roast, Bacon, Breakfast Sausage, Pork Chops, Chuck Steaks, Spare Ribs, Small Ham. 25.7 pounds of pork

Box 2: $140
Sirloin Roast, Bacon, Breakfast Sausage, Chuck Roast, 5.8lb Ham, Chuck Steaks, Pork Chops. 23.7 pounds of pork

New beef heading in next week for processing. $5 a pound plus cut and wrap and harvest fee of $50 per half. This is USDA processed and boxed professionally with clear and labeled packaging. Available as the whole or half. Any less than half will be sorted and presented by the box(s).

This beef has been on a winter ration of bunk fed Timothy and Alfalfa hay, out on pasture for 24/7 grazing and fed light ration of corn.

Located raised in Ephrata WA, harvested and processed in Odessa for pick up. This will be ready for cut instructions by Thursday, and final boxes pick up the end of April.
