Preparing for my first class at Vernon Family Farm this Friday! So excited!! These classes have been so much fun when I’ve done them at our local library, and I can’t wait to share my love of sourdough with you all!

If you’ve ever been sourdough-curious, or have a starter giving you trouble, maybe you would like to see my method behind the scenes, or maybe you’ve never even thought of baking bread before- I’d love to have you join us! We have a weekend menu dropping in a few minutes!

So excited to share our brioche style sourdough hamburger buns for the long weekend. These are soft and tender, slightly sweet, and full of flavor! Work best with thick cut burgers and patties and are especially good at catching all the juices.

Everyone loves Wednesdays here because fresh, hot sourdough bagel “extras” are what’s for breakfast!

I can objectively say some of the best bagels I’ve ever had because our son took over the bagel-making business and they are delicious!! Soft, chewy, amazing flavor from the wild leavening, and finished with a fine semolina.

If you’d like to share in the experience, you’ll find them (probably still warm) at Vernon Family Farm today along with lots of our other goodies!
