Ok folks I just came up from the root cellar (aka The Lab at Fobbus Farms) and those latest scientists we hired are cooking! Literally!
This will come out around Thanksgiving-it has to age-and we think it will be the perfect compliment to the smoked meat of your liking.
So it is, at this time, we are making a request from all of our patrons to help us name our wine.
HabCab? Peppered Pinot? Red Hot Reisling?
