Meet Naomi Hightower, a passionate and energetic Human Resource Generalist based out of JTM’s Wichita location.
As she celebrates two years with the company, she reflects on a journey filled with growth, meaningful connections, and unforgettable memories.👏
What she values most about working at JTM is the strong sense of work-life balance and the opportunity to truly support the employees she works with. “The employees I serve are investments; the return is witnessing their growth, she says. For her, it's not just a job-- it's a place where she can grow alongside the people she supports every day.
She chose JTM because of its culture of support, its focus on people, and the joy of being part of a company that values both professional and personal growth.
Outside of work, she finds joy in moments that matter like wrestling with her boys, leading karaoke nights with her coworkers, and enjoying good food.
Her free time is a blend of high energy and heartfelt joy. She loves West Coast Swing dancing, reading a good book, and watching her kids grow up right before her eyes.
She is also a huge fan of track and field, especially pole vault, which helped pay for her to earn a college degree.
The competitive spirit hasn’t left her: If you challenge her, it's on!. Even if she knows nothing about the sport, she will aim to win.🌟
When it comes to JTM treats, she loves them all, but lemon pie has her heart.🍋
